[EASY DAILY FOOD] Seaweed Soup for beauty and health / Recipe with pics
This is Seaweed Soup. In South Korea, it is traditional to eat seaweed soup on one's birthday. I love to eat often seaweed-soup because it is very good for health. I strongly recommend this soup for people who smoke and have anemia.
How good is Seaweed to our body?
- It riches in magnesium, calcium and protein.
- It is good for anaemia because seaweed is riches in potassium, iron.
- It is good for your diet.
- It helps to make blood because of rich potassium. That's why. After the birth, Seaweed Soup is recommended for about a month.

How to cook Seaweed Soup?
Normally, you will find an uncut dried seaweed in a market. You have cut it into a small size.
Tip. Salt-to your taste.
And a good dose of essential iodine in this yummy soup. I'm currently addicted to seaweed crisps ... they would make nice croutons for your soup perhaps?
