Work those Legs!

As some of you might already know, I've been on a fitness journey since last November. This journey has introduced me to healthier food choices as well as effective workouts that can be done right at home. Zero equipment, no fancy tricks, just great cardio and targeted muscle work.

This workout is one of my favourites, because I designed it myself. It was born of years of dance training, and incorporates a lot of ballet-esque moves. You'll really feel the muscles scream for mercy!

Give it a try! :) I guarantee you'll feel the burn in your legs. But don't quit. The feeling of satisfaction when you're done is something you can't beat. Doing this regularly will not only keep your legs toned, but also strong and flexible.
