My Actifit Report Card: October 1 2019
A new week began at a new place of residence. Now I drive to work by car. And because of this, I walk less. About 8,000 steps a day came out against the usual 12,000. You may have to fill up the lack of activity with evening walks, if the weather permits.
And I took this photo last night.

I have to travel to work by car, too. It's too far to walk, about 36 km. I do, however get a lot of walking done at work, due to the type of work I do.
