My Actifit Report Card: September 15 2019
Yesterday I sat at home most of the day. The weather was bad and I was doing household chores. In the afternoon I walked to the store. And in the evening before going to bed, I left the house and took a walk for a couple of thousand steps to achieve at least the minimum result. On the one hand, this is all thanks to Actifit, and on the other hand, I also think about the need to walk on the day when you spent all day at the computer.
And as usual I will add a photo.
Weather is important in fitness activities and thanks for adding such a nice photo. 5567 count is pretty good.
