My Actifit Report Card: May 26 2019
Great day off. We spent the whole day in the summer home of our parents. Today was sunny and we had a good time.
In the evening, returning home, I remembered that usually on Sundays I had volleyball training. But as in the training break until the fall, I decided to do a workout at home and run on an ellipse. I ran 10 km in almost 25 minutes.
As a result, I managed to walk 12,000 steps in a day.
