My Actifit Report Card: May 21 2019
This day was not very active. A traditional walk for lunch made up the majority of the steps that were taken during the day.
In the evening after work, my family and I went to visit relatives.
I barely managed to complete the minimum number of steps in a day.
I will add one of the recently taken photos to the report.
