G.O.T. fan theory which can end up being right

Finally the long wait is over. Its mid March and hopefully safe to begin the countdown.
A countdown longer than a month would kill me so I decided to keep it short. I have kept myself away from all types of Game Of Thrones stuff may it be fan pages, artist interviews, teasers, theories, memes and even official trailers. Finally I watched the official trailer today and already got carried away watching other theories. Damn its so addictive.

What does the Night's King want ?

I recently watched an interesting theory about what does the Knight's king really want. It makes me believe that the GOT ending is decoded.

Move ahead at your own risk. Not spoilers but may highly turn out to be true.

Real:
We all know that the children of forest created the Knight king to protect themselves from the first men. They said that they were slaughtered and thus became an endangered specie. To protect themselves from being extinct they made the Knight king with some magic and piercing dragon glass into his heart. He turned wild and came offer them all instead.

Theory:
The Night's king too needed a rightful heir for his throne and started searching for infants. That's when he invaded Westeros. He had all the army and power to kill every living being. In order to protect everyone the first men made a pact with the Knight's King to provide him a heir. He is since then called as the Prince Who Was Promised. They promised him a baby of Stark + Targereon blood. Strak being a powerful house and Targereons having magic in their blood that would make the most powerful heir. The Knight's king went way north after this pact.

A wall was built with magic to keep the white walkers away from the living. He waited there in hibernation for his promised prince. White walkers never showed up south until Craster was killed. Craster provided the Nights king with his male babies to build his army. That allowed Craster live peacefully even beyond the wall.
Further the birth of Jon Snow and Dany Targereon gave him the hope for his rightful heir. And as soon as they have sex, he destroys the wall to get what was promised to him. The baby of Jon and Dany. The prince who was promised.

Facts supporting this theory:

1. The Nights king was a Stark ranger. So he wanted Stark + Targereon blood.
2. Craster is believed to be a Targereon. May be the child of the earlier 3 eyed Raven. That's why he knows how to deal with the Nights king.
3. This is why he never killed Jon neither Dany even though he had a good chance.
4. Craster had Targereon blood and thus could be converted to white walkers because it had the magic in it.
5. This is how the prince who was promised can save the living from the Nights king.

My addition:

1. Bran will come to know about this pact with the help of weirwood trees and Samwell Tarley.
2. Just like other Targereon mothers Dany will die giving birth to Prince Who Was Promised.
3. Nights king will return to the north accepting the prince who was promised and Jon will sit on the throne.

Open questions which remain

1. Why wasn't Jon the prince who was promised ? Even he had Stark + Targereon blood.
2. What about the sword light bringer which will be drawn from the fire ?
3. What was the role of the faceless men ? Were they introduced just to keep Arya's plot alive. We all know Arya was RR Martin's wife's favorite character.
4. What's the fate of Tyrion and Varys. They have a well built character right from episode one. They can't just be alive till season 8 for namesake.
5. Why bring back Gendry in the final season. Just to forge Valerian steel swords for the big fight ?
6. What about ghost and nymeria ?
