Photo Contest - SBD Prizes (Take 2)!
Hey all,
I first started this photo contest the other day, but unfortunately, I received zero entries! If you would like a chance to win SBD prizes, to connect with a new community, and to share your photography with the world of Steem, then post an image in the comments below!
The rules are simple:
- Post a recent photo showing an interesting aspect of your life.
- Include a sentence or two explaining the picture and why it should win.
- Upvote this post and, if possible, resteem to spread the competition band increase the prize pool. Note that only upvoting is compulsory to be entered in the competition.
- Get your photo in before 9am tomorrow morning for a chance to win!
Prizes:
1st Place: 60% of the SBD upvotes from this post.
2nd Place: 30% of the SBD upvotes from this post.
3rd Place: 10% of the SBD upvotes from this post.
Judging:
To begin with, all winners will be judged by me. I won't necessarily be choosing the highest quality photo - there are plenty of other competitions out there for that.
What I do want is a photo which tells a story. The winning entrant will share something interesting about an aspect of their life. The photo could be taken with a smartphone or an expensive camera - no one will be disadvantaged in this regards.

The image below is from a holiday in Scotland. I was hiking a remote stretch of coastline north of Inverness when I came across this beautiful waterfall. I pitched my tent below it and stayed there for a couple of days.
