The best models in the world
I think it's really hard to compare the feeling of excitement and thrilled that comes with creating a photo with anything else. My love for butterflies further magnifies this feeling. I remember when I was holding a butterfly on my arm for the first time in my life, I think that moment was a turning point for my decision to start photographing butterflies. I have described this experience several times, comparing it to the experience of an epiphany.
Photography is a special form of pleasure by itself, and I really enjoy in this playing with light. I photograph almost everything, but from April to October, butterflies have priority and everything else becomes a side thing for me. Everyday, I try to make the best photos as possible and very often it's not an easy task. Sometimes I'm walking 3-4 km over a tall grasses in the meadows I visit, it is very physically strenuous to walk in these conditions. During such walks I usually crouch or kneel about 100 times to photograph a butterfly. Believe me, after such walks, my knees and legs hurt a lot! But I didn't care about the pain as long as I was able to make at least one interesting photo.
During my time in nature, hanging out with butterflies, I had the pleasure of holding about 15 or even more kinds of butterflies on my arm. Moments like these happen almost daily and they are certainly the highlight of the day. I just put my finger in front of them and they climb on it, very often they land on me. They walk on my arm, spreading their wings as if consciously posing to me! Yeah, they are best models in the world! Several times they landed on a camera I held in my hand, there was nothing I could do but watch and admire them.
The month of October is approaching which means that soon the butterflies will be impossible to see until next spring. If the weather would be good, maybe my hang out with butterflies will last until late October or longer, we'll see! For today, I have prepared some photos taken today during my regular photo hunt!

These pics are amazing! You really have a natural talent to capture these little models in their habitat.
A tip for the future, including what camera and what specs you used for each picture could go a long way to helping amateur photographers to learn from your work.
I like the fact that you no only include the photographs but also include some writeen prelude as an introduction as it gives the post more flavour.
Keep creating great content and I'm sure that the @ocdb manual curation team will stumble upon your posts in the future :)
Thank you so much @ocbd! :) I'll definitely start to use camera settings in my post! Yes you have right, for me exif data are not so relevant, but for photographers beginners they are so important. Thanks for tips! :)
Really amazing photography I look forever.
Thank you @impressions! :)
