THE DIARY GAME :16/09/2020 - A sudden trip to Galle !
It's a really busy day for me as I have to get some important certificates for a interview I have tomorrow. First one is the security report from the police and the second on is a original copy of my birth certificate. So I have to visit Galle to get them. My wife too joined the trip as I'm alone and she wanted to visit my parents. So we got ready quickly as the train is leaving Moratuwa station at about 7.20 a.m. So we tried to book a Pick me or Uber. But there were no any at that time. So we had to come to main road and get a Tuk from the main road Tuk-Tuk park . Somehow we arrive the railway station right at time.
Moratuwa to Galle By Train - Trip Details Train arrived at time as usual. And we got seats and the train was not crowded that much and there were lot of empty seats. I love to travel by train than bus due to two reasons. First one is less tiredness than bus and low cost and saves times. Normally this same trip takes around 3 hours by bus.
One the way to home So we reached home and my father had already taken a original copy of birth certificate from Divisional Secretariat office at Labuduwa. And I had to take the security report from Akmeemana Police station. My father had already arranged that.. So I just had to collect it. We received both of them as planned, but every thing didn't went according to the plan. We planed to catch the 3.30 train , but when we complete these work .. it was already 5.00 p.m. So we had no option. we had to get a bus.
So we got in to a AC bus from the Galle bus station. And we left the Galle at about 5.30 p.m and it took more than 3 hours to reach Katubedda. And we took a Tuk-Tuk from katubedda and reached home. It was around 9.00 p.m when we reach home. We were very tired. I had a bath and had the dinner quickly. And I had to prepare some documents , cloths , shoes for the interview tomorrow. I completed the quickly.
So it was my day .. very tired day due to traveling to galle and coming back again at the same day.. spent more than 6 hours on the road.

Viajar en tren debe ser una experiencia muy gratificante.
Aca en Venezuela hay solo un tren y es cerca de la capital de la repùblica. el cual comunicas Caracas con una zona denominada Los Valles del tuy que alberga ciudades dormitorios muy pequeñas. Se les dice asi ya que la mayoría de los que viven en dichas ciudades trabajan en Caracas y duermen en sus casa.

Yes. I think traveling by train is safer than traveling by bus. Buses departing for long distance services can travel at high speeds, which can be a daunting task. When traveling by train, you can see the surroundings and travel freely. But our freedom is limited because of the crowds on the buses. Low cost also saves us money.
