Even though we are always being preached about how well we are doing, it can be noticeably noticeable in everyday life that this is not completely the case. But there are also activities that cost a penny or only a little and still give pleasure.

Gorgeous! Friday night finally go to the movies again together with the whole family. Sounds like a good plan, maybe there is the new strip even in 3D. At such prices, many families prefer to stay at home, watch the TV program or rent a DVD. It is also different.

Out in the nature!

Fresh air is healthy. And for free. Also, you can do a lot of exciting things outside that pleases all family members. For example, a picnic costs just as much as you spend on shopping. You can buy many delicious ingredients and prepare them for a delicious meal in the woods or on the lawn. Of course, cool drinks and maybe a volleyball or badminton game. Or it goes up high.

Sometimes, even after years, you can find things that you had long since forgotten. A home-made dragon can be one of those things. When there is enough wind, kite flying can become an activity that, in a sense, leaves the flight hours. As an alternative to DIY, you can of course also make a slightly larger investment and buy a high-quality stunt kite. The issue will be worthwhile and profitable, because kite flying never gets boring, the experience is always new. Only possible fun brake: doldrums. But that passes again.

Alone among wild animals

Zoos have become quite expensive these days, they are not far away from ticket prices for movie tickets. A low-priced alternative are game parks. In the past they were mostly free, that is rarely the case today. But the world really does not cost the tickets. In addition, game parks have the advantage that they are not so "distant". Often you can approach the animals, in addition, there are usually "petting corners", which are a real (fodder) feast, especially for goats. And for children who can not escape the slightly stubborn charm of the horned four-legged friends.

Action and adventure

Adventure playgrounds are usually free and offer tons of opportunities to let off steam. Incidentally, this does not only apply to boys, but also to girls. And in many cases in a very special way for fathers. Only the mothers keep (mostly, not always) discreetly in the background and follow the events from a safe distance.

The situation is quite different in high ropes climbing gardens. Although an adventure playground turns out to be like a children's birthday with pot-fighting, many mothers are enthusiastic about climbing up high in the trees. High rope climbing gardens are not free, but that has good reasons. The security standards are high (in a double sense, if you will), the staff must be trained to sometimes even someone with a lot of effort to get down. It does not happen often, but now and again it can happen that, out of sheer fear of heights, suddenly nothing works and you just want to hold on and never move around in your life. In the by far most cases, however, the experience of a high-wire climbing garden is one that can almost be compared to a tandem jump from an airplane of 4,000 meters height. That sounds grossly exaggerated? A little maybe, but whoever has run 10 or 20 meters above the earth in a tree over shaky wooden steps and sees himself directly into the abyss will confirm that adrenaline is being produced in abundance. Again, however, a "danger" (not accident risk, because that does not exist): Climbing can be addictive very quickly.

To go for a walk? Oh no!

Inspiring children for walks is like getting them excited in the evenings when bedtime is over. However, if the walk leads to a destination - such as a quarry lake - they are more likely to encourage walking a few meters. Even walks with themes can inspire children - whether it is an adventure walk or a short hike, where you discover nature.

Alternatively, cycling is something that will delight the whole family. If the tours are not so long, there is also the opportunity to participate with the skateboard or rollerblades. In any case, there is plenty of exercise, which is good, healthy and tired. Then it works well in the evening with falling asleep.

When the next big movie starts, you might treat yourself to a sinfully expensive movie. That's also good and right. And by then you save one or the other Euro by a low-priced entertainment program. You can have fun either way.
