Logo Design For Blueprint Publication
Details
Blueprint is the official publication of the College of Allied Engineering at the University of Cebu - Lapu Lapu and Mandaue. This publication highlights the events that happened or took place during the school year.
Logo Idea
I came up with the design at first by drawing it in a grid. The logo means symbolizes the blueprint which is the common thing associated with engineers.

I had prepared 2 color versions for the logo. A full colored one with the color navy blue as the dominant one and a monochrome color containing only black and white.

This logo is not yet the official one that will be used in the publication since it is still to be discussed together with the publication staff and the adviser. It would still be prior to changes whenever there is something that will be suggested. Feel free to comment your suggestions about the logo design, it would be highly appreciated.

In creating my work, I mainly used Adobe Illustrator CC 2015 for making the design as it produces vector outputs and not pixel based like Adobe Photoshop. I only used Adobe Photoshop CC 2017 for the mockups and making the whole presentation.

Ahhh its just still a mockup :) I will still make a letterhead together with the logo :) And the text that are needed that our adviser told us.
