The Foggy Port - A Visual Story (23 Photos)
Another evening trip for a walk at Curonian Spit, Lithuania. A trip by crossing the gulf and port of Klaipeda aquatory with a small ferry.
This time got pretty decent foggy weather. Very quiet afternoon just perfect to get out of home and make some additional steps. And obviously with a camera :)
Just to remind that the port and stevedoring companies are located by eastern part of the gulf only. So in order to take some shots you obviously have to pass to another side of the gulf and this ferry is the only choice in fact.
While the story mainly shows some daily port routine - vessels moored alongside and under various types of cargo operations - also tried to make some interesting minimalistic shot. The long tele-photo lens with decent diapason of focal lengths helps a lot in such a cases
Reality was more grey of course, some more warm color toning is added in post-production in Lightroom
So, enjoy the story!

Fog can be very mysterious yet beautiful in its own way!! Love your pics, thanks for sharing!!❤☁☁☁
Great port city shooting.
I especially like the framing of the building crane. There is a lot of building going on in my home town and I always struggle with the framing of the cranes. There is a shot there that I can see, but juts can't capture.
You have done an excellent job.
Cheers,
NL
