The Rose of Evil
***
Outdoors natural light portrait quite inspired by famous Maleficent movie. Shot at beautiful autumn Curonian Spit, Lithuania. Designers dress and hand-made thorns (on basis of rubber ones just ordered in e-bay).
The red rose actually bring quite a nice sport contrast to heavy blue dress
Almost vertical shooting point for more interesting composition and final visual effect. Color grading in post-production (LR+PS)
Enjoy the beauty!

I'm loving all your imagery @aweman from your studio portraits to environmental portraits. The dressing and adornment of your model is stunning and the field of wild grasses brings added sensuality. The dark makeup with the dark obscure areas in the images are fabulous. You must have been very high up to have captured this at such an angle. Well done.

Yes! I have seen this movie. I actually like it. The photo is AWESOME! I love this shade of blue. It pops in such a way that it is jumping off the frame at me. Her black lip stick and facial expression reminds me of that girl in a movie called 'Legend'. It was a very early Tom Cruise movie about unicorns and the devil and weird stuff like that. Awesome awesome photo @axeman!
