Social Media has changed many lives over the years.

There’s a lot of positive effect and benefits from social media, like fast communication and exchanging informations, Easy to locate or find someone, like a friend or a family, for business or advocacy, etc..

But, there are also negative effect, like a family or group of friends, that they are always together but don’t have time to talk because each of them are busy with their phone or gadgets. Private issues that should be discuss personally but some are choosing to post it online instead.

Yes there are a lot of people who find social media beneficial, but there are also people who cursed social network and never wanted to be part of it.

Let’s try to list some of the reasons why a person is posting or liking ones post,

1. IT’S FUNNY

   
   We are clicking LIKE sometimes because it is funny, but not all funny post are Nice and Good, sometimes even if a post is kinda funny but you know that it is hurting some people don’t like share or comment.

2. I’M JUST BEING TRUE TO MYSELF

   
   Being true and vocal is nice, but we should nit forget that there are some issue in our life that should be kept private.

3. I HAVE FREEDOM TO SAY WHATEVER I WANTED TO SAY

   
   Yes it’s right at some point, but we have to remember that, Freedom of Expression is not freedom to hurt, and we must always remember that in every freedom it comes with an obligation.

4. IT CAN BE VIRAL

   
   There’s a big possibility that it can go viral, but you have to make sure, that it will not attract angry people or can create misunderstanding, Is it just that you became famous but because of a malicious post or a fake news.

5. IT’S MY ACCOUNT, SO I CAN POST WHATEVER I WANT TO

   
   It doesn’t mean that because you can, you’ll do it, You have to consider everyone who will be seeing your post

Social Media is a Gift, it is like a chair, it was invented to be able to use to sit comfortably,
But chair can also use to hurt , if you use it to hit someone.

Ending, it is all about right or wrong, good or bad, so it depends on us who use the social media,

As human we are programmed to be sociable, it is natural to us.

Maybe that’s the main reason why social network was created, for us to connect, so let’s use it the way it was designed. As one of the leading network in our country says.
