Easy & Healthy: Hummus
I love hummus so decided to try and make it myself this time, instead of just buying it in store as always. Little did I know it'd be this easy and yummy!
250g chickpeas // 1-2 tbsp lemon // salt & pepper // 15-20g fresh basil leaves // 20-35g olive oil
Put all together, mix it and serve with rice crackers or gluten free (toasted) pitta bread.
Feel free to add other vegetables to it as well! Enjoy!

Don't you have to soak the chick peas first? Do you not add tahini to your hummus? Looks tasty!
You can or buy the ones in can, or buy the dried ones but then you have to let them soak for a night and it takes quite some time to cook them as well... :)

I love caramelizing some garlic and onions to put in there, also adding a bit of pickled peppers. :) It's awesome how much you can change it up. Glad to be following ya. Let me know if I can offer any gardening advice. :)
