Easy & Healthy : Apple Muffins!
I loooooove food! And when I say I love food... I actually mean eating it, so expect this recipe to not take too long and to be easy to prepare! I'm definitely not a kitchen princess so if I can do it, so can you! :p
Since it's hard to find something healthy to eat, that also fits my diet requierements, I end up playing around it with myself. So I can still have some nice yum yums! I'm so not ready to give up on those!
I figured, since I'm doing this, I might as well share it with others so they can enjoy some nice and healthy yums yums as well!
So here we go! My first recipe ever made with agave instead of sugar, no gluten and no dairy! Of course you can always replace the flower with normal flower and the soy milk with dairy, if preferred! It's just that I can't eat these, since I'm allergic to these.
Hope you'll like these!
150 g glutenfree flour // 1/2 grated apple // 1/2 apple cut in little bits // 5-6 tbsp agave (or honey) // 1 tbsp baking powder // 0,5 cup almond (or soy) milk // 40 g melted coconut oil // 2 eggs // 0,5 tbsp cinnamon
Mix all dry ingredients. Mix all liquid ingredients separately.
Add all together and put in little bake forms.
30min in 200C oven.
