Hello Steemit people am new here, thanks to my colleagues and friend @amazing-grace and @yohan2on who introduced me to this wonderful platform and also registered me.

ABOUT ME.

I'm called Kiyemba Ashraf.
I am a Ugandan by nationality aged 25 years and a male by sex.
I currently live at masaka city in Uganda.
I grew up from an Islamic family of a father, mother ,myself ,my young brother and my young sister.
My hobbies are watching movies,reading novels,swimming and singing.

MY EDUCATION BACKGROUND.

I started attending school studies in 2001, in 2008 I was awarded a certificate of primary leaving exams as my achievement for completing primary studies where I was among the best performing students from masaka primary School in masaka region that year.

In 2009 I was given a scholarship at Masaka secondary School.
Masaka secondary school was a mixed School of boys and girls.It was a famous school and ranked among the best schools in masaka region.
In 2012 I had completed my ordinally studies and I was awarded a UCE certificate as my achievement for completing ordinary studies.

In 2013 I joined light college academy Bulenga Kikaaya at Kampala where I attended my Advanced level studies from.
I was awarded a UACE certificate in 2014 as my achievement for completing advanced level studies.
I later join Muteesa Royal University in 2017 to 2018 where I was awarded a diploma in business administration and management as my achievement for completing that course.

MY WORKING EXPERIENCE.

I started working while at university in my second last semister.I had to look for a part-time job where I can earn some income inorder to sustain my needs and desires .
I was tired of being an over demanding person from my parents.I was a very young innocent,goodlooking adolescent who admired good things in my life.

By then I had an advert of MTN calling for vacancies of sales people to register people on Easyload and I applied for the job.
Easyload was a new system brought forward to replace the scratch airtime cards as means of buying airtime and selling airtime in order to conserve the environment.
Having passed through,I was signed to a three months contract by mtn for registering people on Easyload.
Easyload payment was a commission based payment,the more numbers you could configure on Easyload the higher the payment.
As an employee in this organization. I was able to develop a sense of thoughtfulness and knowledge of issues to work under minimum supervision and to be well organized as well as trusted. I was able to learn to work under pressure to be result oriented.
I was able to develop my relation skills with the customers and the public as well as my fellow workmates.We could organise field travels as a group to different areas in my country so as to configure more numbers on Easyload .

I managed to meet and make new friends who were my workmates who had joined Mtn before me.

Since I was new by then my friends were always there for me to help me out in anyways and we could work in harmony and peace as best friends do.

Life was somehow changing better when I started earning some income,though a little bit challenging since it was difficult to balance both education and work.
When the contract ended,I managed to accompalish my diploma course.
I later went back to mtn offices and I asked for a vacancy of being a sales executive in their company.
Since I had already worked with then before,I was able to get a permanent job from mtn as a sales executive.

I worked in mtn for 2 years and later I applied for another job from a radio station company called radio Buddu.I attained the job and it's where am currently still working from.
My earnings increased and also my saving were increasing since my new job was paying or still paying higher than the one I had before.
I have been able meet new people and new friends in my life.
My working experience has also increased and developed to more years.Till now am still working at the same radio station.

Iam so happy and grateful to be part of this community and so glad that I will be able to share my passion and skills to the community members as am earning from my posts.
I love making new friends and exploring the world and I hope this platform will also help me make new friends and learn more..thank you so much.
