My Actifit Report Card: November 13 2019
I have to say that the last couple days haven't been the good ones for my walks but I am happy as I am not skipping a day. I have come to terms with the fact that step count is ok but it is the continuity that matters. So yeah once again I managed just 6000 steps for the day but I will try again tomorrow.
