My Actifit Report Card: October 4 2019
I worked from home again today but got out for a couple of walks. One was to the post office where I picked up these beautiful flowers that my mum sent me. Aren't they gorgeous? And this is only half of them.
This afternoon I walk to cafe did lunch and then did some shopping before walking home.
Later I went the long way round to pick up a coffee.
