My Actifit Report Card: September 28 2019
It was a blustery day today. At least it was by the time I went out for a walk.
This morning it was warm and sunny which was just as well as we spent quite a bit of time cleaning out the back yard. Then we took a load of stuff to the dump.
After lunch we did a load of food shopping and walked via the prom to pick up a coffee later.
