My mood started to life today
Thank goodness. And I decided to spend some time in my art studio in the attic.
I haven't been up there for months so it was nice to be in a different environment from my usual one.
I have decided to spend less time on my computer and I already feel better for it.
Having said that I have been researching some ideas to make a birthday present for a friend from an altered book but I've had more breaks away from the screen.
I've been clearing up a add I go and climbing up and down the ladder to get into the space.
And this afternoon I went for a walk on the sea front to get some exercise and pick up my coffee.
