Chicken Chilindron
Ingredients:
- Chicken - 1 pc.
- Uncooked jerked pork.
- Bulgarian green pepper - 6 pcs.
4 large tomatoes - 1 pc. - Chili pepper - 1/4 pcs.
- Bulb - 3 pieces.
- Garlic - 5 cloves
- Black pepper.
- Sugar.
- Salt (to taste).
- Olive oil.
- Red wine - 1 tbsp.
Preparation:
- To cut the chicken, fry in olive oil until golden brown and set aside. Season with salt and pepper while frying.
- Onions cut into large cubes, garlic, too coarsely chop pepper cut not long strips, blanch the tomatoes and cut into cubes. Chile cut rings. Cut the meat coarsely.
- In a frying pan, which was chicken put the onion, garlic, fry until transparent, then put pepper, a little put out, add the tomato and chilli. After the tomato and chilli, add salt, pepper, sugar, that would not be sweet.
- Now add the meat. Fry the meat in the pepper and then pour the wine. Like wine comes to a boil, taste, add sugar, if necessary, and is now putting the chicken. Simmer until tender. Everything should be soft.
P.S. Properly served with rice. Well, I had a corn porridge.
