Chicken Chilindron

Ingredients:

  1. Chicken - 1 pc.
  2. Uncooked jerked pork.
  3. Bulgarian green pepper - 6 pcs.
    4 large tomatoes - 1 pc.
  4. Chili pepper - 1/4 pcs.
  5. Bulb - 3 pieces.
  6. Garlic - 5 cloves
  7. Black pepper.
  8. Sugar.
  9. Salt (to taste).
  10. Olive oil.
  11. Red wine - 1 tbsp.

Preparation:

  1. To cut the chicken, fry in olive oil until golden brown and set aside. Season with salt and pepper while frying.
  2. Onions cut into large cubes, garlic, too coarsely chop pepper cut not long strips, blanch the tomatoes and cut into cubes. Chile cut rings. Cut the meat coarsely.
  3. In a frying pan, which was chicken put the onion, garlic, fry until transparent, then put pepper, a little put out, add the tomato and chilli. After the tomato and chilli, add salt, pepper, sugar, that would not be sweet.
  4. Now add the meat. Fry the meat in the pepper and then pour the wine. Like wine comes to a boil, taste, add sugar, if necessary, and is now putting the chicken. Simmer until tender. Everything should be soft.

P.S. Properly served with rice. Well, I had a corn porridge.
