Not exACTly but, as I understand it, there are enzymes present which help breal up accumulated melanin (freckles, brown skin) & the result is "whiter" looking skin.
Planning for abundance is key - I completely agree! I have to say, all the plans you've got for the mangoes look delicious and the face mask is so intriguing. A lot of the food we grow becomes ripe all around the same time and without good planning for how we'll use it and preserve it, we'd be in a lot of trouble and would end up wasting.
I love mangoes.. too much doesn't compute. I love mango salsa and with rum and coconut water? Yes please. All your ideas seem perfect and wow.. that skin whitening idea seems a good one considering where you are!

I buy in frozen mango in bulk for our smoothies. I wish we had a similar problem, because it's so expensive over here.
Isn't it funny how the whites are busy trying to darken their skin while Asians want to lighten theirs. We always want what we haven't got.
