ooh mango chutney! yes !! that is a VERY nice way to preserve some.. always nice with some good masala in it ;-)..
now all we godda do is figure out what to do with the mango stones ;-) xx
haha... I woke up at 4.25am this morning thinking they could be used as a great building material. :) For smaller spaces that need small stone like strength elements. :)
Very funny! Maybe jewelry! In india i once saw a whole handbag made from watermelon seeds!
I shall keep my boiled mango pits this year and let them dry out and ponder... see if they split etc... hmmm.... 🤔
