I really like the various color combinations. I like some of the stages so much that I think they would be attractive just as they are. But then I have to admit that the next stage after that looks attractive too, LOL.
I also find it interesting how much symbolism you've incorporated into the painting. Seemingly small details, like the contents of the hourglass, for example.
