Breakfast for Dinner Again!
We decided to have breakfast for dinner again last night. I made us breakfast tacos! They consist of bacon, hash browns, egg, cheese and some seasonings. I stayed by browning the bacon and hash browns in seperate pans. Otherwise the hash browns always get soggy.
Then I added them together in one pan. Cracked some eggs into it and let it cook. I let the eggs cook busy long enough to get a little white. Then I mix it all together.
The end result might not look awesome, but it was delicious. Wrapped in a tortilla and topped with a little hot sauce. Just the way I like it.
Now I know everybody likes tacos. Anybody else like breakfast tacos?

I love breakfast for dinner! Great tip on the hashbrowns and eggs tip, I have never actually done a type of scramble with hashbrowns in it but it sounds and looks great.
