Sports Choices for People with Heart Disease

I haven't been doing my usual activities for three days every morning, that is walking around the housing complex. This is because I'm enjoying the moment of cycling. Since three days ago I have only been physically active by cycling with a distance of about 15 kilometers. This is a very sweaty choice of activities.

Cycling is a choice of physical activity for those of you with heart disease. Because this activity is not a strenuous exercise. In addition to cycling, walking or swimming is also very good for those of you with heart disease or who have a history of heart disease.

I often activities walking. But I am grateful because so far I have not had heart problems. I chose this activity because I liked it. Apart from that this activity is very cheap and easy to do. What is needed is only continuous and routine. Actually, I also enjoy swimming, but to swim I have to go to a public swimming pool which costs money. Besides this place is also far from my home, which is about 10 kilometers.
