THE DIARY GAME: ANOTHER RAINY DAY AT WORK: 15th MAY, 2024

Greetings great Steemians of this beautiful planet of mine steem Cameroon. It's been a while posting here, I'm glad I've been able to find time to be here today. Let me share with you my activities for today.

In the morning when i woke up from bed had my morning devotion with my family, then took. glass of water, wile preparing for work there come chilling weather with a surprise and sudden damn pour, the dark cloud showers water drops over the earth, the climate becomes pleasant, neither too cold nor too hot. The rain cleans the flora on land nd mkes everything looks new and fresh. The dust, washed off and there was this chill breathe of air. It also helos to refill natural water bodies of the earth and release life to bith plants and animals that has been struggling for water for survival.

I arrived at work 8:37am due to the heavy dam pour from the rain. It also caused a heavy flood making it uneasy to identify where the gutter is. When I got to my office settled down, at about 9am I joined other heath team on ward rounds which took about 4-5hours. Thereafter, I got back to the office, washed my hands rested a while then, had my lunch. Afterwhich, I went for a Seminar on Staff capacity building training.

In the seminar there was a presentation on the Civil service role in government Who is a pubic/civil servants? This is a government employee employed to carry out political leaders, lawmakers and judges policies, laws and judgements for smooth administration and good governance. It is presumed that civil servants will act with integrity, honesty and in the best interest of the people.
The roles of Civil servants; which is to undertake a wide variety of activities, including analysing policy options, managing government contracts, and providing frontline support to people using public services. Apparently, there were lots of presentation from different areas and it was really impactful, and good to know my stand as a civil servants on order to render quality services to the clients out.

In the evening, I took a walk out into the street, It was delightful to escape from the hustle and bustle of the day it makes me reconnect and appreciate the beauty of the world around me. When I got back home. I freshened up, took dinner watch TV and respond to incoming mails then before, I finally went bed.
