Hi! Great and lovely people of this beautiful community @Steem Cameroon. I greet you all specially from @annydee01 planet. Good to witness another wonderful day. God has been indeed so good to me. It's been some weeks I've been away from here but, so glad to be glad.
Allow me to share with you all how I enjoyed my work trips 😍

Apparently, for the past one month, I've been on a field trip for a National Food Consumption Survey. This took place in my country, and hence, the survey was to enable us to know about the different types of foods and nutrients present in these foods majorly consumed by various tribes in my country. They aim to enable food fortification, and Bioavailability to target malnutrition from the grassroots. It was really a tedious one because we had to go visit hard to reach communities via cross rivers and also travel a very long distance by road. That's why I've been away from posting because, the job took most of my time. I visited the communities involved in person and got to meet with the people there. It was a beautiful and educated Survey because I learned a lot about indigenous foods and different methods of preparation, with focus on the types of ingredients used. So, the little time I had, I used it to put down my report and had some rest against next day events.

When I returned home from work, my hubby and I went to a suya spot, bought suya and had some good time then washed it down 😊 with a bottle of drinks to ease some stress. Oh! Yeah! The suya was really so nice, though due to the hard economy over here the suya wasn't as plenty as it used to be like before, but at least I enjoyed myself. Then we went home at about 6pm.

In the evening, I had some fruits, specifically mangoes. Omg! I love mangoes ehnnn!! I went to visit my old-time friend after some decades on my way back… Furthermore, I met fruits seller I stop to get some mangoes and guess what type of mango it was… It's Cameroon mangoes, I got the quantities I can finish. Immediately I got home I washed then sat on a Comfortable chair and enjoyed my mangoes. Funny enough ehnn.. This mango species are big, so I ended up finishing just one and a half out of 3 that I bought, and my hubby finished the remaining one. Thereafter, I took a shower, respond to chats and mails, watched TV, then I finally went to bed.
