Bitcoin Rollercoaster
Based on my technical analysis and past experience, I believe there will be a roller-coaster before the Bitcoin Gold Hard Fork.
The Chart looks a lot like the previous hard fork.
I believe the price might drop to $4800 -$5000 and after the hard fork it will break the resistance and achieve the $6200-$6500 levels.
For Bitcoin Gold we might see the same pattern as Bitcoin Cash but a bit lower level.
I totally agree with you that the next period is going to a rollercoaster... But I think it is going to be the other way around... Rally before the fork, and a temporary drop after the fork....then some consolidation before rallying to new highs! Just my thought.
You might be right, but i believe there will be FUD before the hardfork either on this hardfork or the next one
There will always be FUD! But the main reason for the last weeks rally, in my opinion, is that a lot of people want a quick profit with Bitcoin Gold... As I am seeing it right now, their profits are depending on the succes of Bitcoin Gold...what happens if it is not a succes?? Either way, those people may want to sell their Bitcoins after the fork, creating pressure on the price!
