Heart pondering
Truth is, when we follow our Heart, an intuitive state that cannot be explained but only felt the more we shift focus from within to without, then we will gradually see and learn what our Heart truly wants, and if we then act in alignment with our Heart's voice everything closest to our Heart will flow WITH us.
Yet when we don't follow our Heart then we will never come to see what our Heart truly wants so that the actions we take will be "Heart-less" with everything that is REALLY closest to our Heart flowing AWAY from us.
If we obstinately follow the latter path we will only realise when it is too late. That what we truly wanted might have been in our hands all the time, but we were so heavily focusing on what we didn't have, something we thought(!) would bring us ultimate Happiness, that we only realise the value of what we had once it is gone.
Since I am becoming more and more aware of all this I try my best to exclusively act on my own intuitive knowingness. What is important to grasp is that following the "best" way does not mean that there won't be hardships. Following our Heart might be hard here and then, but following it regardless is based on the deep understanding that not following our Heart will ultimately be much more painful and regretful.
When we follow our Heart we will recognize how everything comes and goes in perfect timing, and we will recognize because we are internally in a constant state of awareness preparing us for what is to come.
Whenever I am having a tough time I am not saying: Now I am following my Heart and still I am experiencing difficulties. I regret having gone this path, I should have taken another!"
Thinking like that would be short-sighted. Deeply knowing that by following my Heart everything I truly love flows with me, I see that any hardships showing up on my path are meant to bring me ever more into alignment with my Heart potential while washing away anything that is not in alignment with my Heart.
Hence, if we follow our Heart, that which is fading away in the hardship's wake is always acceptable, never regrettable.
If we don't follow our Heart, that which is fading away in the hardship's wake is always regrettable, never acceptable.
Following our Heart seems risky, but ultimately, doing so is the safest endeavor of all, for nothing is a greater thread to our Soul's dreams than not following them in the first place.
