This Is How Much I Love Blue!
Yep. I can proudly say that my love for the color blue knows no bounds, lol! Today I gathered some paintings from the past 1 year in which I have worked with different shades of blue. I remember my first ever type of blue in art was ultramarine. And at that moment I thought oh I at least know how ultramarine looks. But as soon as exploring different brands began, I realised that the same ultramarine could be of soo many kinds. The slighest of changes makes the same color look different and ofc each brand has their own ways of making them.
Anyway, when I look at my range of colors, green is the least used. It’s funny for someone who loves to be around greenery and stuff hahaah. To be brutally honest, most of the time I only used it because I needed it to make modifications in the blues (to make it look more watery or deep). I don’t know what it is but there is something in these variations of blues that makes me wanna keep digging deeper and deeper!
What about you art peeps out there? Do you also find yourself using one color most of the time?
Blue has always been my favourite colour. Glad you love it too.

I think it’s like the universal weakness of artists 😝

Wow! Yeah it's not obvious that you love blue haha! The one in the Paris bar is my favorite. There's always something special with using a brown paper. It brings the drawing more life when used properly. :D
Hey, thank you :)
And I agree about the brown paper! It spices things up for sure :D
