Blooming Ice Plants
Blooming Ice Plants
Sometimes called stone plants, ice plants are hardy plants that grow along the coast. The leaves are succulent, like aloe vera. I shot these ones in California's Central Coast, near Santa Cruz. You'll often see these plants blanketing the bluffs in coastline with either yellow or purple flowers.

I have a particular fondness for succulents. Love the light you captured here.
I love the mixture of colors in that photo, soft yellow and that sky is amazing.
A high-contrast photo with the flowers in the foreground .. so clear and tangible and the wide open sea in the background. A fantastic photo!
You have captured an amazing picture, the sky is complementing the color of the flowers so well.
nice photography
Great job... Your a good photographer.
I really like it! Very good composition! Beautiful flower and landscape.. There's always a story with nature.
Carpobrotus edulis, originaria del Sud Africa è una pianta grassa che vive lungo le coste tollerando molto bene gli ambienti salini, per questo la troviamo molto spesso lungo le spiagge. Bellissimo scatto e bellissimi colori!
good to see your post :) its beautiful @adonisabril
The stunning shot!
