My 18th 5 K Parkrun - Carneval Edition!

Bright sunshine, at about 4 degrees Celsius, gave this morning a perfect setting for a successful 5 km Parkrun.
Since this weekend is also carnival, some runners had dressed up. At the end there was also a powdered Krapfen for everyone.
My run was 20 seconds slower than the last time. But I have to say that I took it rather easy today and didn't strive for a best time.

Strahlender Sonnenschein, bei ca. 4 Grad Celsius, gaben heute früh eine perfekte Kulisse für einen erfolgreichen 5 km Parkrun.
Da an diesem Wochenende auch Fasching ist, hatten sich einige Läufer kostümiert. Am Schluss gab es auch für jeden einen gepuderten Krapfen.
Mein Lauf war zeitlich 20 Sekunden langsamer als das letzte Mal. Ich muss aber auch dazu sagen, dass ich es heute eher locker nahm und auch nicht nach einer Bestzeit strebte.
