Three beautiful Orchids on my Windowsill

All three orchids, which look outside on my windowsill and always reach for the light, have been producing their beautiful flowers for several weeks now.
This should be worth a little snapshot for an actifit post.
Otherwise I made a 5K run today!
Alle drei Orchideen, die auf meinen Fensterbänken nach draußen sehen und sich immer nach dem Licht strecken, sind seit einigen Wochen dabei, ihre wunderschönen Blüten zu produzieren.
Das sollte mal einen kleinen Schnappschuss für einen actifit-Post wert sein.
Ansonsten hab ich heute einen 5K Lauf gemacht!

Thales, der, der aus der Kälte kam, bewundert weiterhin deine sportlichen Erfolge und wünscht sich, dass auch er mal in deinem Alter so gut drauf sein wird, wie du es aktuell bi(e)st. Vorbild!
Wenn du weiterhin so viel Sport treibst und dich auch mit der Wimhof Methode fit hältst, dann gibt es keinen Zweifel daran, dass du auch noch mit 70 und darüber voll gesund und fit bist und bleibst.
In deinem Alter hab ich mich kaum bewegt und Sport . . .. na ja, das war eher ein Fremdwort für mich. Dazu kam, dass ich jedes Jahr an Gewicht zugelegt hab und immer träger wurde.
Diese Fehler kannst du in jungen Jahren alle vermeiden. 👍
