In this Valentine's Day inspired workshop we will root into our hearts and connect through the practice of acro yoga and movement.
We will warm up as a group with gentle connective movements, then journey through a number of playful and fun acro postures. To close, we will hold a cacao ceremony in celebration of self love!
Oh so much magic is in store!
Come solo or with a partner!
We provide the yoga mats!
All levels are welcome.
