Missing my drama sunsets... 🙁

It's been a long while since we've had what I term my drama sunsets... 🙁

Just grey... and more flat grey... No cloud textures even... It's not that we don't have sunny days - even hot afternoons sometimes but just that when evening time comes, a gloom and greyness falls over the whole place... No chance for the sun to create magic.

So, I dig into my magic bag of tricks (folder, actually) ~ and found these ~ a little cheer and a little gloom, but with panache and drama, of course! 😏

Ohhh, this is what I'm talking about!
We could do with more drama, but this is good, for a start...
Like silks of gold, mauve and orange, floating, stretched across the sky. The time here was already 7.32pm which for Malaysia is totally past sun down...
But look at the colours here!

Three minutes later and a zoom-in...
A little dulled but the 'fire' still burns...

Finally, almost extinguished, but like warm embers of a dying fire, a smouldering still hangs in the darkness of night.
This is exactly five minutes from the first shot. One has got to be on standby during golden hour... seconds mean everything...
