商品評論

大部分購物平台的商品評論，店家都會透過一些方式來控評，例如在我購買後店家就直接發送訊息給我，說如果商品有問題的話，請我不要直接寫負評，而是可以先和它們溝通，來解決問題，我想這是因為商品評論在購物選擇上，真的佔了很大的影響。

像我在網上購物上，絕大部分會參考評論，也會傾向選擇評論數較多正面的商品
