Namaste Steem Family,

Who is a Steem Witness?

Steem Witnesses are individuals who maintain a witness server (which produces blocks) and publish a STEEM/USD price feed on the STEEM network on a regular basis.

Who are we?

HindWitness (@hindwitness) is started by @cryptogecko and @deepak94.

HindWitness' Mission

  • Ensure HindWhale is a productive and reliable Steem witness
  • Using Steem Blockchain as a foundation, we will create our own steem powered projects
  • Contribute to Steem's growth by onboarding more users and developers
  • By providing robust API node services, we can strengthen the Steem ecosystem
  • The user education process, through a series of tutorials that will assist users in better understanding the ecosystem's features
  • During forking situations, vote responsibly and review the changes made to the code

Our Witness Infrastructure

Witness node specifications

  • Location: European Union (Germany)
  • CPU: 8 vCPU Cores
  • RAM: 30 GB RAM
  • STORAGE: 800 GB SSD
  • OS: Ubuntu 20.04

In addition to a seed node, we will soon have an API node available.

If you would be willing to cast a witness vote for the project, you can do so on the Steemit Wallet Witness list by scrolling to the bottom and filling out the form:
