媳妇说新学的一道菜，“清蒸鲈鱼”，中午回来准备给我大显身手，展示展示“陈大厨”的经典厨艺，听完顿时高兴起来，还简单给我说了制作过程。先把鱼改刀腌制，鱼肚放葱姜蒜，倒入料酒大火蒸十分钟左右，关火虚蒸5分钟，然后去除鱼肚内的葱姜蒜，倒掉汤汁（腥味都在汤汁里），从新摆上花椒葱姜，最后用热油一泼就OK。听着到不错，很是期待！J

“消防工作，人人有责”！对于消防知识每周六不但店内会组织默写“三会三化，四个能力，一懂三会，三知四会一联通”，还要组织学习培训穿戴“消防战斗服”，抛掷水袋，链接消火栓等等，每月公司领导也会亲自带队到各店对消防隐患排查。已经形成了常态化，每位员工都必须熟练掌握！
