Albeit I have some uncertainty since google translation is terrible, but I don't believe that you answered my question, so I will reiterate:
Where the rules for this? The post which was copy-pasted by this one has linked rules which explain when and how the burning will occur. This one does not.
It is important that when a claim about burning is made, that the burning actually occur, and further that voters have some sort of transparency about the process. If it does not, that is fraud, and the poster responsible is a scammer.
In this case, the post itself will have rewards burned by the blockchain. The comments will not. There needs to be accountability on how and when the comment rewards will be burned.
