Dandelion. Taraxacum officinale. Plant of the Asteraceae family, which can grow up to 30 cm or more, with long, notched leaves. It has yellow flowers grouped in heads, which leave room at the end of the flowering period for a spherical head with seeds that make up the fruit of the plant. The whole plant is edible.
