Delight is currently harder to discover
When I was younger, delicacies and rewards were a source of great joy, a bag of sweets, a comic book, a new toy, simple things that created fun.
It seems to me that our ability to gain joy in these simple things has been lost and what was once a gift is now the norm.

I don't touch the old bell "my day", but things have changed and simple pleasures are turning out to be increasingly more hard to track down.

Today we live in a general public where we anticipate quick fulfillment, inexpensive food conveyed to your home, mobile phones must be the last specifications, trainers must be labeled, we track to love and heart on social networks and everything gives us joy right now because first, we have the value of everything that the next whiz-bang model is off or tell us if we are not we are a kind of pariah.

Evolution has eroded our pleasure sensors and our creators of joy, so that we can be confused where we can achieve our success or pleasure, nothing seems to go deeper than we live in a throwaway society, and we seek more, but we are less interested in the path of emotional and physical pleasure.

If our constant search for lasting pleasure becomes more and more difficult, what can we do to compensate for that?

My suggestion is that you find a purpose, something that leads to a lasting outcome or an achievement that gives meaning to your life, because the goal is the new realm of pleasure and will move you into other things that you are looking for that have nothing to do with immediate satisfaction.

The world has changed, and if we do not accept it and adapt, it will be a very long and painful journey.

Changing your mindset changes everything and that's why I don't distinguish learning areas, life is a straight line, and deviations are work and play, and the more you can make that line a better life.
