GMH• ‘창신 데님연구소’ 개소식 개최
의류공동브랜드 GMH•(구미호)가 ‘창신 데님연구소’란 이름으로 창업 공간을 마련, 개소식을 갖는다. GMH•는 봉제 집적지인 종로구 창신동에서 청년 패션디자이너 6명과 이 지역 봉제공장이 협업하여 런칭한 공동브랜드다.
개소식은 오는 8월 30일 오후 6시 ‘창신동 647 봉제골목’ 미승빌딩 1층(데님 647이 입주해 있는 실빛빌딩 옆 건물) ‘창신 데님연구소’에서 열린다.
그동안 GMH•는 서울봉제산업협회 차경남 회장이 운영하는 ‘데님647’ 공방 한편에서 브랜드를 전개해 왔다. 데님647 공방은 소잉마스터아카데미 교육, 상상패션런웨이 의류제작 등 청년 디자이너들의 교육 및 취,창업 공간으로 이용되고 있기도 하다.
