그 생각을 꺾는다는 것이 나 자신을 꺾는 것처럼 느껴지기 때문입니다.

생각은 생각일 뿐 내가 유연하게 대처하지 못한다면 상처받고 힘겨워 하는 것은 나 자신입니다.

결국은 타의로 인해 나 자신을 변화하게 될 것입니다.

당장은 너무나 힘겹겠지만 차라리 변화하는 그 상황에 맞추어 가는 것이 한동안은 정신적 피로감을 덜어 줄 수도 있습니다.

기존의 생각도, 변화한 생각도 언제 어느 순간에나 항상 옳기만 한 것은 아닙니다.

다만 우리가 얼마나 유연함을 가져야 하는지 깨닫는 계기가 되시길 바랍니다.

Even if you hang on and pray, it will not be possible to do what you can not do.

If you try to hang on to something that you can not do, you will get tired of your body and your mind.

The straight idea that you will never change can also turn that direction at some point.

I am constantly stubborn because of what I have told others that I think this way.

It feels like I'm breaking myself to break that idea.

Thought is only thought, but if I can not cope flexibly, it is myself that I am hurt and tired.

In the end, I will change myself because of others.

It may be too hard right now, but it may relieve mental fatigue for a while to adjust to the changing situation.

The existing thoughts and changed thoughts are not always right at any moment.
