Life in a country like Zimbabwe

in #zimbabwe6 years ago

Most of all people born and living in Zimbabwe wish they were born outside of Zimbabwe. Many leave the country in search of 'greener pastures in countries like South Africa, UK, Namibia to name but a few. Zimbabwean have been known abroad as intelligent and hard workers and most employers abroad will prefer these nationalities over others and here is why I think why.

For long Zimbabwean have been living under priviledged lives with more that 60% of graduates dong vending jobs on street corners. Most have learnt the hard way to make a living and living on hand to mouth. They have seen it all, they are resilient, innovative and will see opportunities almost everywhere.

The positive minded in my opinion will see it as a blessing in disguise to be born and living in Zimbabwe despite all the woes and living standards. The open minded will sail through as the saying goes 'always see an opportunity in every problem'

A vast of opportunities lies in countries like these no wonder investors are more than keen to pump in as long as investment laws are tweaked.

Open your eyes, look into the big picture and realize a vast of opportunities. STOP being a 'cry baby'

Since the start of the deteriorating standards, we have seen a number of entrepreneurs rising up and starting new businesses and innovations that are problem solving and some tailor made for the situation in the country. While some cry for a better country and living conditions, some will be setting pace, clearing the ground and moving on and will be better paced when things get right.

One word for the Zimbabwean ::: Don't wait for things to get right; be the solution to the vast number of problems and you will have a renewed mindset.
