Hi,
I caught a good coloring contest by @magiccleatus, and Try to participate in it
Here Is the Final look of your given stencil

HEHE Hope You like it

Download your stencil and Open on Photoshop7
First I used all of 5 color from the pallet

than remove the pallet as I have all 5 colors in my layer

Complete the Center of it

Now Below is the Final View of Stencil Color Task

Now I add another layer and design simple lines with retro color

I like that you used only the 5 colours from the featured palette. The pattern that you have created is super striking. I love that you included process shots of your colouring. The background is also quite striking and accentuates the retro colour theme!
