Meet Luca Cermelli, ZenCash Italy Country Manager

TalentGarden is hub in Milano (via Merano), the place where are different technological companies including Bitcoin and crypto companies and offices are represented. Recently there was an interview with Luca Cermelli.
Luca Cermelli is a community manager of ZenCash cryptocurrency in Italy. He started his economics studies back in 2008 at Università degli Studi di Pavia, and now he holds a Master’s Degree in Economics and Management.

His trip to Blockchain started in 2013 when he had the work experience in Denmark. He spent one year of his life there for his studies. He also worked in Germany as a Community Manager for the German fastest growing IT company. He was responsible for the Italian community of players, which meant managing the online channels and engaging the community with contests and activities in order to achieve the different marketing goals.

Luca Cermelli joined ZenCash for several reasons. One of them is that for him it was one of the most transparent project among many scams. He was attracted by the mission and in general by the view of technology to solve privacy problems. The goal of the project is to make ZenCash the most useful privacy cryptocurrency on the market. ZenCash coin was designed with a great help of Italians, as founders of ZenCash have Italian roots. Luca became a reference point in the Italian contest of crypto enthusiasts, and he is excited to bring his experience to ZenCash.

As a Community Manager Luca Cermelli belongs to a business development team. Part of his work is to monitor and analyze current events in the crypto sphere, focusing on the most interesting in order to start a partnership with perspective projects. He is passionate, creative and proactive, and he has an extensive knowledge of the Italian market and the Italian Community as a whole. An important aspect of his work is to keep the community together, without which it is impossible to create and develop projects. His final goal is to fulfill the community desires and to amplify Zen’s usage and distribution.

The ZenCash Team was hosting a live anniversary party the first day of the Coindesk Consensus Conference May 14 in New York City. ZenCash was launched in May 2017 with only five people, and the project has come a long way. In just one year, the Zen team expanded to 50 team members, and has been surpassing their goals thanks to their supportive community. The team of the ZenCash project is international; its members include several developers from Ukraine.

The project is working to establish different kinds of partnerships to promote its own product. So that there will be many events and meetings dedicated to the Bbockchain and crypto-currencies this year not only in Italy, but also in other European countries. Unfortunately, there wont be big events in Italy like there were in Dubai or London or New York yet. However, Luca Cermelli would like people in Italy talk about cryptocurrency in general and ZenCash project in particular. Thats why Luca Cermelli`s job is addressed to the participation of fairs and events in Italy, meeting crypto enthusiasts and young University students, but also getting in touch with people who never heard about blockchain and cryptocurrencies, typically old-style merchants. In Italy there’s a big barrier represented by the English language, which is still not widely spoken, therefore having a project like ZenCash being available also in Italian language – with an Italian website, blog articles localized, and so on – can be very strategic.

Now Luca Cermelli and Zencash team try to create a space, where products and services can be bought for ZenCash. To do that they try to bargain with local people. ZenCash team also is finding people to work on creating Zenvalley – combination of different projects and future start-ups. Zenvalley will be a place where you can go shopping with ZenCash and other crypto currencies, a town where you can basically live with Zen, doing your shopping at the local market, buying a book at the library on the corner, and going to the barber shop. Luca Cermelli is also the Marketing Manager, so he brings all his skills helping the marketing team in producing marketing collaterals that can be then used by everybody in the organization.
