Zebpay - Cheats indian bitcoin Buyers Beware !!!

Can Someone please explain me this ?

Bit coin buying price is around 12 lakh Rupees and selling price around 10 lakh Rupees through their website. It means they don't allow any one to sell bitcoin, when selling mode is on .

I cant believe that buying price is 20% more than selling price, and right now i cannot sell my holding coin for such a big loss. The funny part is , there is no regulator to contain all these frauds.
